In the situations where your originally scheduled lineup change needs to be modified, you will need to make a lineup change. This will help you keep a more accurate account of the state of your funds.
Please note that these are all for review purposes only and require you communicate with the involved organizations outside of investGrade.
1. Log In
Start by logging into your account on the platform where your investment plans are managed.
2. Navigate to 'Scheduled Lineup Changes' in the main menu
Hover on the navigation to expand the menu items.
Near the bottom of the navigation, click on 'Scheduled Lineup Changes' as denoted by a calendar icon
3. Click 'View' on a specific plan to view its scheduled lineup changes
A side panel will slide out from the right side of the screen.
Here, you are presented with all of your plans, sorted alphabetically by default, that have a scheduled lineup change present.
Sort by plan name or number of scheduled lineup changes
4. Find the Scheduled Lineup Change you want to Modify
Scheduled Lineup Changes are divided by three sections:
Needs Attention - Fund changes in this section are considered past their original scheduled lineup change date. These should be attended to and resolved for accurate recordkeeping.
Upcoming - Fund changes that are present in this section are the next most upcoming lineup changes.
TBD (To be Determined) - These are changes that do not have a specific date assigned for the lineup change.
Within these sections are Lineup Change cards that are grouped by the modification type and date of the fund changes:
Add Fund
Remove Fund
Replacement Fund)
5. Modify a Scheduled Lineup Change
By clicking on the 'Update' or 'Edit' icon on the scheduled lineup change card. It will open a smaller panel titled 'Lineup Change Date' overlaid on top of the scheduled lineup changes panel.
Since the fund has a scheduled lineup change date already you have several options:
Effective Date - You may change the 'Proposed' selection to 'Effective' by clicking on the 'Effective' button.
Once it has been changed to 'Effective' you may insert an effective date up-to 1-year in the past.
Proposed Date - Change the 'Scheduled Lineup Change' Date to another date in the future
TBD - You can change the 'Scheduled Lineup Change' date to TBD if you are unsure when the change will happen.
Once the edits have been made, the 'Confirm' button will become enabled. Click 'Confirm'.
